Boots are an absolute must in the wintertime.  Most are practical, easy to wear, and essential when the temperatures dip below 50.  But, every season we get into a little funk when it comes to finding fun, new ways of styling our beloved boots.  We’ve rounded up some of our favorite looks styled with boots to give you a little dose of outfit inspo.  From knee-high styles paired with dresses to some fierce snake skin print, consider the guide below on how to wear boots now.

Heeled Boots:

Heeled boots come in a variety of styles, colors and lengths. If you are looking for comfort, stick to a heel with a platform. Platform shoes might look really high but they can actually be much easier to walk as the platform makes the heel feel shorter. For instance, a four-inch heel with a one-inch platform will feel like you’re walking on a three-inch heel, which is so much more comfortable. When you want something fierce and sexy, go with a pointed toe heel. These are great for wearing with dresses but can also be worn with leggings and a nice blouse. Make a statement with some fun snake-skin printed heels and pair with long ponchos during the winter time.

Cone Heeled Boots:

Coned heels are another very comfortable and fashionable shoe. They are wider at the sole and slimmer at the base making them a bit more stable to walk in than stilettos. These pair of boots can be worn with leggings, jeans, skirts and dresses!

Over the knee boots:

These days, over the knee boots have become cold-weather go to staples in most girls closets. They are easily wearable and go great with just about any outfit. Pull them over skinny jeans or leggings.  They can also be paired with a midi skirt that falls below the top of the boot or show some skin in a dress with a short hemline.

Casual boots:

These boots are perfect for everyday-wear especially on cold days. They keep you nice and warm and can be very fashionable. You can virtually wear them with any casual look.
