Game tokens are the currency used to play the Lucky Loteria slot machine. Currently, the only way to earn more Game Tokens is to log in to melrosestore.com daily for 5,000 tokens. In the future we plan to offer more ways to earn tokens so stay tuned!

Promotional Points are the currency that you use to purchase rewards and promotions that can be redeemed in our stores. You earn Promotional Points simply by playing Lucky Loteria. The more you spin the slot machine, the more you earn. The more game tokens you win, the longer you can play and the more Promo Points you earn!

Simply get three or more of these symbols:  when you spin the Lucky Loteria slot machine wheel to win instantly! If you match three Melrose “M” symbols you win a small prize. If you get five Melrose “M” symbols you win a $25 Melrose Gift Card! The more you play the better your chances of winning a prize!

How to purchase a promotion or reward:

Once you have earned enough promotion points to purchase a prize, go to the rewards tab of the Lucky Loteria game and select the promotion or reward you want. A prompt will come up asking you to confirm your choice. Once you have confirmed your selection, your promotion or reward will be deposited into your wallet.

How to redeem a promotion or reward:

Open up your wallet and simply hit the “Redeem Reward” button and a bar code will appear. Simply go to one of our stores and present the bar code to our cashier so that they can scan it and that’s it! We cannot redeem your promotion or reward if you present a screen shot or a print out of your bar code.

Lucky Loteria was developed to work on phones with hardware similar to Samsung Galaxy S5 or an iPhone 6 and newer. We cannot guarantee a quality game experience on older phone. If your phone meets these requirements and you are experiencing issues please stop by our contact us page and let us know what issue you are experiencing and what model of phone you have. As we evolve and improve our website we will try to address as many of these issues as we can.

On the log in screen, click on the “Forgot your Password?” link just beneath the boxes for your username and password. You will be asked to enter your email address and a message containing a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address that you entered. If you have not received an email to reset your password, be sure to check your spam folder. Yes, we offer layaway plans for clearance and regular price items.

  • Layaway Plans:
    • 30-Day – this layaway plan is only available on clearance end of season merchandise at certain times of the year.  Click here to sign up for our email blast promotions and be informed for when we do our end of season 30-day layaway promotion.
    • 60-Day – this layaway plan is available on all merchandise except “00” ending all year long. This is our normal layaway plan, with one deposit and recommended payment scheduled every 21 days.
    • 90-Day – this layaway plan is available prior to the holiday season on regular price merchandise. A deposit and regular payments are required.  Click here to sign up for our email blast promotions and be informed for when we start our 90-day holiday layaway plan.
    • FREE Layaway – During the year we sometimes promote our layaway program by offering free layaway which consists of no set up fees on new layaways.  Customers may layaway up to $100 with only $5 down and no set up fee.  A regular payment will apply.

No, they do not expire. However, protect them like cash. Melrose is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Yes, we offer a 10% off military discount on all regular price, clearance and promotional merchandise. Be prepared to present a current (unexpired) military I.D. card at the time of purchase to qualify for the discount.

Yes, if you are shopping on behalf of a charitable organization. Be prepared to leave a copy of your tax exemption certificate applicable to the state in which you are shopping with the cashier.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase in its original condition.   Returns and exchanges will all be processed as follows:

  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase in their original condition with the exception of lingerie and swimwear.  No returns or exchanges on lingerie and swimwear.
  • A return tender will be made to the original form of payment or if the customer wishes, a Melrose Gift Card.
  • A physical or electronic receipt must be presented at time of return.  Tags and tickets must with the item or items.
  • For customer satisfaction, in the event a physical or electronic receipt is not present, the store will utilize all tools available to verify purchase before proceeding with return.
  • For layaway purchases, the layaway setup date is considered the date of purchase.  However, returns and exchanges are made at the current selling price, and within 30 days of the pay-out date.
  • Gift receipts are available upon request.

Because we deal in current fashion we find it best for our customers to visit the stores every day.  We receive fresh fashion daily.

M-Style Rewards is our way of thanking you for shopping Melrose Family Fashions.  It’s free to join and every dollar spent earns a point.  Points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

  • Earned points do not expire as long there is activity in a 12 month period.
  • Customers with no activity in a period of more than 12 months will be dropped from the loyalty program.

Loyalty points can be redeemed in any increment you choose.  This means you can redeem all or some of your points on a purchase.

Loyalty points can be used for any purchases including layaway setup fees, partial pickups, layaway payments and to purchase Melrose gift cards.

You may use your points at any time.  See below for points’ reward value.

10 points = .50 45 points = $2.25 90 points = $4.50
15 points = .75 50 points = $2.50 95 points = $4.75
20 points = $1.00 60 points = $3.00 100 points = $5.00
25 points = $1.25 70 points = $3.50 125 points = $6.25
30 points = $1.50 75 points = $3.75 150 points = $7.50

Points may be earned the following ways.

  • Layaway and regular purchases earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
  • Wholesale customers and employees earn ½ a point for every dollar spent.
  • Earned points for non-layaway purchases will be available after 24 hours of original purchase.
  • Earned points for layaway purchases will be available after 24 hours a layaway has been paid completely or on partial pick up.
  • Points will also be earned on purchases paid with a Melrose gift card.

Purchases made at our sister VOGUE stores earn points.

Points will be deducted from your M Style Rewards Bank when merchandise is returned.
