- Do you offer a layaway plan?
- Yes, we offer layaways as a convenience to you. Visit one of our stores for more details. Our return policy applies to all layaway purchases.
- Do gift cards and store credits expire?
- No, they do not expire. However, protect them like cash. Melrose is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
- Do you offer a military discount?
- Yes, we offer a 10% off military discount on all regular price, clearance and promotional merchandise. Be prepared to present a current (unexpired) military I.D. card at the time of purchase to qualify for the discount.
- Can I use a tax exemption certificate to shop tax free at Melrose?
- Yes, if you are shopping on behalf of a charitable organization. Be prepared to leave a copy of your tax exemption certificate applicable to the state in which you are shopping with the cashier.
- How can I find out about special offers and promotions?
- Click here to subscribe to our email blast promotions. You will receive notifications on special promotions!!! We have new promotions every two weeks.
- What is Melrose’s return policy?
- Our goal is to satisfy you and create goodwill for future business. Returns and exchanges will all be processed with a gift card. No cash or credit/debit card refunds.
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
- Original receipt must be presented with all returns and exchanges.
- Tags and tickets must be attached to the item or returned with the item.
- No returns or exchanges on lingerie or clearance items.
- Pay out date is considered the purchase date for layaways.
- Tickets on some merchandise may have a return policy that is no longer valid.
- For gifts we suggest you request a gift receipt and leave the tags on the item. You may cut off or mark out the price if you desire.
- Can I order merchandise online?
- No, not at the moment. Our locations are stocked with new shipments every day (Monday-Friday). Once a trend sells out, we are on to the next one. We are focused on making sure our customers get the latest fashions in our 100 stores.
