If an item is damaged, doesn’t fit or doesn’t suit your needs, returns must be made within 30-days from the shipped date with original invoice and price tags attached. Please retain a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
If you would like to return an item, visit the Create New Return page and log in or, if you placed an order as a guest, just enter your order number and the email address that you used to place your order and fill out the RMA form. Select the item(s) you wish to return and select a reason from the drop down menu. You may include any additional notes in the message box and upload an image of the item if you feel it is necessary. Exchanges can only be made at a Melrose store. We currently cannot process exchanges by mail.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
We can only process returns for MELROSEstore.com purchases. We cannot process returns for any merchandise that was purchased at one of our Melrose stores.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Accessories, electronics and home goods must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the packing slip that was emailed to you after you made your return request. If you are unable to print the packing slip, please write the name that the order was placed under, the email address used to place the order, The RMA request number and the order number on a slip of paper and enclose it in the return package.

Receipts & Tags
A physical or electronic receipt must be presented at time of return. Tags and tickets must with the item or items.
For customer satisfaction, in the event a physical or electronic receipt is not present, the store will utilize all tools available to verify purchase before proceeding with return.
For layaway purchases, the layaway setup date is considered the date of purchase. However, returns and exchanges are made at the current selling price, and within 30 days of the pay-out date.
Gift receipts are available upon request.

We offer Layaway Plans in our stores for clearance and regular priced merchandise.
This layaway plan is available on all merchandise except “00” ending all year long. This is our normal layaway plan, with one deposit and recommended payment scheduled every 21 days.
This layaway plan is available prior to the holiday season on regular price merchandise. A deposit and regular payments are required. Click here to sign up for our email blast promotions and be informed for when we start our 90-day holiday layaway plan.
During the year we sometimes promote our layaway program by offering free layaway which consists of no set up fees on new layaways. Customers may layaway up to $100 with only $5 down and no set up fee. A regular payment will apply.

How are M-Style Points Earned?
Points may be earned the following ways.
Layaway and regular purchases earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
Wholesale & Employees
Wholesale customers and employees earn ½ a point for every dollar spent.
Earned points for non-layaway purchases will be available after 24 hours of original purchase.
Layaway Point Availability
Earned points for layaway purchases will be available after 24 hours a layaway has been paid completely or on partial pick up.
Points will also be earned on purchases paid with a Melrose gift card. Gift card purchases do not earn points.
When merchandise is returned, the points earned on that purchase are deducted from your rewards bank
M-Style Point Expiration
Your M-Style rewards points do not expire, however, if your M-Style rewards account is inactive for 12 months you will be dropped from the loyalty program and you will lose all of your accumulated points. Be sure to let your cashier know that you are an M-Style rewards customer when making a purchase and visit us every 12 months to stay enrolled in our rewards program.

How to Play Lucky Loteria
Lucky Loteria is a slot machine, new players are given 1,000 tokens to start and if a player has less than 1,000 tokens when they start the game their balance will be adjusted to 1,000 tokens. Balance adjustment only happens once every 24 hours. Players can increase or decrease the number of lines they are betting on by selecting the “Line +” or “Line -” buttons on the right hand side of the screen. A line segment will highlight which lines are being added to the bet. Betting on more lines means you have more chances to win with ever spin! Click the spin button when you are ready and watch the wheels turn! You can select the pay table in the bottom left corner of the screen to see how each symbol pays out. The small white box just to the right of center at the bottom of the screen shows your winnings for the current spin. Once spin is clicked it will show a negative value representing the tokens you spent on the bet, and your winnings will be added to this value. Winnings are transferred to the Rewards Store in the upper left hand corner at the end of each spin and become Promo Credits.
The Rewards Store and Promo Credits
Promo credits are the currency that you use to purchase promotions from the rewards store. Your Promo Credit balance is displayed in the upper right hand corner of the Rewards Store when its open. The Rewards Store is divided into two segments, the store itself and your wallet. Once you have purchased a promotion it will be transferred to your wallet. You may only have three promotions in your wallet at any given time. If you wish to redeem a promotion, simply select the promotion you wish to redeem and present the bar code to the cashier to be scanned. Once the promotion is redeemed it is no longer valid and will disappear from your wallet.
The options menu can be found in the white rectangular pull out menu on the left hand side of the screen. Clicking the house icon will return you to the home screen of the app, clicking the speaker icon will mute or unmute the audio and clicking the red circle with the white “X” will close the app altogether.
