Site Criteria

• 10,000 square feet - minimum 72' frontage
• Community Centers and neighborhood centers
• Preferred cotenants: Apparel, Discount and Grocery
• Median Household income between $40,000 and $70,000
• Predominantly Hispanic demographic

Submittals

• Include a dimensioned site plan of the center with all pylon / monument / common signs located
• Note ingress and egress access points on the site plan
• Traffic counts for all roadways adjacent to the property
• One, Two and Four mile complete demographics
• Photos of the center and signage
• Dimensioned LOD of the premises including all interior partitions
• Existing electrical service within the premises
• Total tonnage and age of HVAC serving the premises
