What is Mstyle Rewards?
MStyle rewards is our way of rewarding you for shopping at Melrose! Joining is entirely free and every dollar you spend as an MStyle Rewards member earns you one point. Your points can be redeemed at any time for a discount on your purchase. Whether you are redeeming 10 points for a $0.50 discount or 200 points for a $10.00 discount, it's entirely up to you when to use your rewards! Rewards points never expire, but you must make at least one purchase every 6 months to keep your MStyle Rewards account active. We are also pleased to announce new improvements to our rewards system!
New Rewards Tiers
Anyone who signs up for MStyle rewards will be signed up as a bronze member meaning you accrue 1 point per dollar spent in our stores and 10% savings during seasonal savings events. If you spend $250 in a single calendar year, you qualify for our silver rewards tier where you earn 1.5 points per purchase and 15% savings during seasonal savings events! Spending $500 in a calendar year will elevate you to the gold tier where you earn 2 points for every dollar you spend and 20% savings during seasonal savings events!

Seasonal Savings Events - certain times of the year offer a percentage off for one purchase!
Point Multiplier Events - Certain times of the year offer additional points on certain products or additional points for purchases made on specified days!
Birthday Discount - All loyalty customers get a $5 coupon to shop during their birthday month.
Maintaining Your Rewards Tier Status
In order to keep your silver or gold tier status, you must spend $250 in the last 12 months for silver tier or $500 in the last 12 months for a gold.

When do I get my points?
Points earned on regular purchases are available 24 hours after the purchase is made. On layaway orders, points are available 24 hours after the final payment or after partial pickup.
What purchases qualify?
All regular purchases and layaway purchases will earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Wholesale purchases earn 1/2 point for every dollar spent.
MStyle Rewards and Gift Cards:
Points are not earned when buying gift cards but purchases using a gift card as a form of payment do earn points.
Do Points Expire?
Points never expire, however, you must make a purchase every 6 months to keep your MStyle Awards account active. If your account is deactivated due to inactivity, you will lose your points.
Mstyle Point Expiration
Your MStyle rewards points do not expire, however, if your MStyle rewards account is inactive for 6 months you will lose all your accumulated points and membership. Be sure to let your cashier know that you are an MStyle rewards customerand make a purchase every 6 months to stay enrolled in our rewards program.
