Returning Merchandise Purchased Online

Melrose Family Fashions is comitted to providing you an exceptional shopping experience, both in our stores and online. In order to best accomodate our customer's needs, we offer the ability to return all merchandise within 30 days with the exception of lingerie and swimwear. Returns can be made by shipping merchandise back to us at your cost or merchandise can be returned to one of our brick and mortar locations at no additional cost to you. If you would like to request a return online and ship merchandise back to us, click here to fill out an RMA request. If you would like to return merchandise to one of our brick and mortar locations please present the items you wish to return along with the physical receipt enclosed in the package to a cashier.

Returns in our Stores

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Merchandise being returned must be presented in the condition in which it was received
  • Our preferred return tender is a Melrose Gift Card unless the customer requests otherwise
  • If a customer requests an tender other than a Melrose Gift Card, the return will be made in the original form of payment
  • A physical or electronic receipt must be presented at the time of the return.
  • All tags and tickets must be returned with the merchandise
Shipping Returns back to Us
  • Click here to fill out a request for a return
  • Once your request has been made we will have to approve the request.
  • Once your request has been approved, we will send you a packing slip which we will use to process your return. Enclose this with the merchandise and send it back to us at the provided address
  • If you do not have access to a printer, write the RMA# and the name and email address used to make the purchase on a piece of paper and enclose it with the merchandise
  • We will email you once we have recieved your return merchandise
  • Once we have confirmed the correct merchandise has been returned to us we will issue a refund to the card that was used to make the initial purchase
  • All returns must be made within 30 days from the purchase date
  • Merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was received
  • You must pay to ship the item(s) back to us
