Do gift cards and store credits expire?
No, they do not expire. However, protect them like cash. Melrose is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, we offer a 10% off military discount on all regular price, clearance and promotional merchandise. Be prepared to present a current (unexpired) military I.D. card at the time of purchase to qualify for the discount.
Can I use a tax exemption certificate to shop tax free at Melrose?
Yes, if you are shopping on behalf of a charitable organization. Be prepared to leave a copy of your tax exemption certificate applicable to the state in which you are shopping with the cashier.

What is Melrose’s return policy?
Returns and exchanges will all be processed with a gift card. No cash or credit/debit card refunds.
• All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
• Original receipt must be presented with all returns and exchanges.
• Tags and tickets must be attached to the item or returned with the item.
• No returns or exchanges on lingerie or clearance items.
• Pay out date is considered the purchase date for layaways.
• Tickets on some merchandise may have a return policy that is no longer valid.
• For gifts we suggest you request a gift receipt and leave the tags on the item. You may cut off or mark out the price if you desire.
